Nanjing Medical University(NMU) is a national "double first-class" university, one of the first batch of medical schools jointly built by the Ministry of Education, the National Health Commission and the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, a university built by the Ministry of Education's high-level public health school, and a peak plan A for Jiangsu's high-level university construction.
