"Guizhou Vocational and Technical College of Water Resources and Hydropower (hereinafter as GZVTCWR) is a state-run full-time general vocational college located at Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, covering an area of 600 mu and having development area of 314,000 square meters. It is the only clean energy university in Guizhou Province, and also is a modern wisdom campus with rich water culture characteristics of water saving, energy saving, environment protection and ecology. which combines education, teaching and college environment.

GZVTCWR carries out the talent cultivation mode of work-study combination and school-enterprise cooperation. After 65 years of construction and development, GZVTCWR has cultivated more tens of thousands of water resources and hydropower specialists. The employment rate of graduates has been stable at more than 96% for a long time.
